("we", "us") runs this website and prints 3D objects to order. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. What we collect
Account details: your name, email address and phone number. Your password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication and is never visible to us.
Profile and delivery details: your delivery address, city and PIN code.
Orders: items ordered, delivery details, amount and your Razorpay payment ID. Your card, UPI or net-banking details are entered on Razorpay's secure window and never reach us.
Custom print requests: project name, notes, material and colour choices, delivery address, and the 3D files you upload (or links to files you share through our upload form or Google Drive).
Messages: what you write in our contact form or send to us on WhatsApp or email.
Technical data: your IP address and device or browser information are processed by the services that deliver this website (see section 4).
2. Why we use it
To create your account, quote, make, ship and invoice your order.
To email or message you about your quote, payment, order status and any problem with your files.
To keep accounting and tax records that the law requires.
To keep the website secure and prevent fraud.
We use your data only for these purposes and only with your consent or where the law permits. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How long we keep it
Account and order details are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Uploaded design files are removed on request, and in any case we aim to delete them within days after your order is completed.
4. Who we share it with
Google Firebase (login, database, hosting) and Google Drive / Google Forms (large file uploads).
Razorpay (payments and fraud checks).
Cloudinary (storage of the 3D files you upload).
EmailJS and Brevo (sending order and quote emails).
Courier partners (your name, phone number and address, only to deliver your parcel).
Google Fonts (only if you accept optional cookies; it receives your IP address when fonts load).
WhatsApp (only when you tap a WhatsApp button; it opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message).
These providers may process data on servers outside India. We may also disclose data if the law or a court requires it.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer fulfil an open order. You may also name someone to exercise these rights for you. To make a request, email us at . We aim to respond . If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
6. Children
Our services are meant for people aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, please use the site only with a parent or guardian, who must give consent for you.
7. Security
We use secure (HTTPS) connections and trusted providers, and limit admin access. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

1. Who can order
You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give and for keeping your login safe.
2. Products and prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Where GST applies it is included in the price shown or stated on your invoice. We may correct a pricing or description error before we accept your order and will tell you if that happens. Photos are for illustration; handmade and 3D-printed items can differ slightly in colour, finish and layer texture.
3. Custom print requests and quotes
You send a 3D file and details; we review it and reply with a price. A quote is valid for days unless we say otherwise.
You confirm that you own the file or have the right to have it printed, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, design or other rights.
We may decline any file, including files that are unprintable or unsafe, or that relate to weapons, illegal items or infringing products.
Printed parts have normal manufacturing tolerances. We cannot guarantee that a part will fit or perform for a particular technical use unless we agree this in writing.
We use your files only to make your order and do not share or reuse your designs without your permission.
4. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment succeeds through Razorpay (or, where offered, once we confirm a Cash on Delivery order). We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfil.
The website, its text, photos and design belong to or its licensors. Any third-party names, characters or logos mentioned on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe an item; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other Indian law that cannot be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Everything we sell is printed to order, and many items are personalised, so please read this before you pay.
1. Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund within hours of payment, as long as printing has not started. Once printing starts, an order cannot be cancelled because the material and machine time are already used.
2. Custom quotes
You only pay after you accept the price we quote. After payment, the same cancellation rule applies.
3. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect or is not what you ordered, contact us within days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). We will reprint or replace it, or refund you if we cannot.
4. What is not covered
Change of mind on personalised or custom-made items.
Normal variations in colour, finish and visible layer lines typical of 3D printing.
Problems caused by the file you supplied (for example wrong size or a design weakness) that we pointed out before printing.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within of approval. If a payment fails but money was deducted, the bank or Razorpay normally reverses it automatically in 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders we refund by bank transfer or UPI.

We currently deliver within India through courier partners.
2. Time
Items are printed after you order. We usually dispatch within of confirmation (custom or large jobs can take longer, and we will tell you), and delivery usually takes . These are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Charges
Shipping is free on orders above Rs. . Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Tracking
We update your order status in your account and share tracking details when the parcel is dispatched.
5. Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address and phone number before paying. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available, re-shipping may cost extra.
6. Damage in transit
If a parcel looks damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within days (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of data kept on your device. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
What we use
Essential (always on): Firebase keeps you logged in and remembers your session; our own cookie-choice setting is stored in your browser. Razorpay's payment script may set cookies or similar identifiers to process payments and prevent fraud. The site cannot take payments or keep you logged in without these.
Optional (only if you accept): Google Fonts, which loads our fonts from Google's servers and receives your IP address. If you choose "Essential only", the site uses standard system fonts instead.
